20.01.2022 BUILT _ KAROONDA We received some great drone photos from the Karoonda Mallee Magpies Football Club. The build has been able to continue during these tough times and internally is going to be finished right in time hopefully for the return of community sports. Our floor plan design was for a multi-use facility for all sports within the community with multiple change rooms, bathrooms, offices, and a gym for the general public. Originally built circa 1860, extensive renovation works and a modern extension including a pool by CS Constructions have sympathetically transformed this historical residence. A major renovation and extension to an existing villa including internally a new kitchen,meals and living space whilst externally we have added a terrace, pool and golf room.... 03.01.2022 BUILT _ SEMAPHORE Final touches at 69 Semaphore Road, open for business in the new year. The design and documentation was to restore a heritage listed building that was damaged in a fire, and extend the floor plan to provide a working space for chiropractic and wellness practice.

A plunge pool has been located centrally to respond to the feng shui requirements with access via a small plank and tapered deck which allows plenty of room still in the back yard!...
