23.01.2022 This client wanted to create a more open plan feel in their home, but with load bearing walls you are restricted with structural changes. These cut outs between the studs give a contemporary edge, whilst adding light and openness to a closed off area. We stepped them up to show the split level design. This is at drying stage and will look great once a coat of paint goes on
16.01.2022 This week I’m working on a water damage job which is common following seasonal storms especially in the outer Sydney suburbs. We are removing the damaged sheeting and replacing it, and scraping back other flaking paint portions and re-skimming it. Will be as good as new!
