16.01.2022 Back on the road again A frames are great for their mobility and sends a brief message but by far the most important things arei my policies to deliver more and better services to the residents and this is contained in my leaflet which sets these our clearly. And from the feed back we receive most people are pleased to see what I stand for - Meanwhile as I say in my literature throughout my time as a current Councillor I am always mindful it’s your money we’re spending My leaflet spells out what has been achieved and what is on the capital works agenda to maintain the momentum - not just a shopping Liston in substantiated wishes

12.01.2022 Dear Baysiders i have recently seen a leaflet in titled save Dendy Street beach which has been allegedly distributed by a group called the Bayside foreshore Association inc whoever that group may be. This group are opposing the renewal of the current decrepit lifesaving club building which should have been rebuilt decades ago. Furthermore this group have been mounting objection after objection over the last four years to the renewal of the lifesaving club building -and ...the enhanciment of its surrounds This group through their multiple objections have been a costing us as Bayside rate payers hundreds of thousands of dollars and possibly $1 million This group also recently did not accept the umpires decision (the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) yo proceed with the development and have appealed to the Supreme Court which is going to cost tens of thousands of dollars again for us as ratepayers. But most importantly this groups selfish behaviour is denying our wonderful volunteer Lifesavers who do such a great job for all beach goers to have a decent building in which to provide their valuable services to all. This group also mounted similar opposition At the last council elections and were roundly, soundly and wholly defeated in all respects - their selfish behaviour deserves a similar fate this time It’s about time our Lifesavers had a decent place to do their valuable service for all those who venture to Dendy Street beach.
