16.01.2022 These days, my personal measure of satisfaction has expanded to include quality of life. I still take pride in doing great work that helps clients, but Im focused on spending less time on the tools doing it myself My goal is to work 4 days a week. Its still a work-in-progress: I achieved it a few times last year, but got sucked back into the business during a busy period. But now with more staff members on board, I aim to claw that day back in 2020 a few more times What are your goals for 2020?

08.01.2022 Start your 2020 right! I encourage my clients to think about their work/life balance. If I see theyre operating at an unsustainable level and risking burnout, I give them tools and options to help them transition to a more balanced approach that will get the same result The key, as simplistic as it sounds, is to work smarter, not harder. Its OK to push hard for a short burst - we all need to do it at times - but make it the exception, not the rule... 03.01.2022 When building the MJAA home office space, Michael had originally thought this space would last him for years to come. However, with the growing support of our clientele and staff, there was a need to expand the office and so we farewell this space and begin our new chapter We have a new office space located at 241 Bridge Road in Richmond (thats right, were still in Richmond so dont worry).
