23.01.2022 Tamborine Mountain Pottery will be offering an open learning opportunity in the studio on Thursday mornings starting from 20th July. We have a fully equipped studio, 6 wheels, slab roller, hand building tools and 3 kilns to cater for beginners to advanced potters. Classes are $45 per single class. 04.01.2022 I have recently changed my trading name to Tamborine Mountain Pottery. I share the same name as our good Police Sergeant Michael Jones . Now I do try very hard to live within the law up here on Mt Tamborine, just don't get me started on speed cameras, but I saw the need to make a distinction between the potter and the policeman. My studio and gallery have had a complete make over and with the help of my p...artner Jo Greig we are open for business. I have a completely new range of tableware with new bright colours and earth tones for sale and hope to run some classes in the near future.
