Michael shows a high level of attention to detail with all aspects of his work and will guide you at each step of the way in securing a mortgage. This was incredibly helpful for me as it was my first time stepping into the property market and therefore faced with the steep learning curve / jargon required in buying a land and building a house. Mic...hael was able to take the pressure off the finance side of things for me in liaising with other parties including the lender, conveyancer, vendors, etc which gave me time to focus on the things that mattered most such as getting the house design right which was already stressful in itself (admittedly). This was especially helpful for me as I work 8.30-6pm, 5-6 days a week and struggle to find the time to independently seek out the many different lenders out there, yet alone, find the best rates and product for my circumstances. Michael displays a wealth of experience in this field and was able to help me in choosing the best lender / product for my circumstances which would have taken a lot longer to do myself and is willing to work around my schedule to discuss with me the crucial things at each step of the journey.
