15.01.2022 With the NSW Government lifting restrictions, our Restaurant is still only allowed 30 guests at any one time. The reason these are in place are to allow us to progressively return to some normality, and eventually to our full operations. Also to minimise the risk of spreading COVID19 and creating a possible second deadly wave. Whilst we get ridiculed by guests, suppliers and the like for abiding by these laws and for not making exceptions, we stand strong in ensuring the hea...lth and safety of our guests, our staff and the long term survival of our business and our country... Whilst we are grateful that we can offer in house dining for some guests, it really hurts hearing and seeing many businesses who ignore the rules and regulations. I just want to thank all the businesses and guests who frequent them for putting my families lively hood at serious risk, because if this disease returns to NSW and we go back to lockdown, this would be the end of us. So next time you are out and see all the operators who are putting not only your health at risk but also money before your health and the future of this country, think twice before pulling up a seat and supporting them as you my friend are no better than them. Let's wake up to ourselves before it's too late..
