25.01.2022 I have a few masks ready to go, but am all good to make to order as well. Lots of fabric to choose from. Stay safe lovely people.

25.01.2022 I've been playing with my new embroidery machine and my scan'n'cut. What a lovely way to pass the time. Has anyone else been playing in their crafting place?

24.01.2022 Well... that didn't go as planned. I'm sorry, I got sidetracked and then sidetracked from the sidetrack. I have been compiling a catalogue of the dies I have and then I will be doing stamps etc. Sooo many more than I thought I had (don't tell hubby lol). Then one of the yarns I have in my stash called to me (it has been calling for a while) and I gave in and started a 12 point star baby blanket with it. Oh and then there was Halloween and some cutting of pumpkins and a l...antern on my scan'n'cut. Did I mention my new embroidery machine has arrived in store and I am picking it up today, anyone need any towels monogramed for Christmas??? Yes I know, squirrel... Anyone else having issues with it being the 1st of NOVEMBER already, where has the year gone. Well back to tidying my desk, AGAIN and lets see what I get up to next. Have a great weekend one and all

23.01.2022 Happy Thursday crafters, I am a bit annoyed with the resident boy child, seems he has shared his cold. Oh well, I guess once every other year or so is ok. On another note, I have added a new string to my bow and started a new venture with our eldest daugher. Check out JaxArt Creative, we can personalise a multitude of items, just for you. I have also been working my way through a stack of yarn I picked up. I have been making scarves and beanies in readiness for winter.... I will post some photos soon. What have you all been working on, now that we should have all recovered from the silly season, 2 months have gone by with not a lot of papercraft on my desk. Time to remedy that. If I can help you out with any special paper cuts or paperclay embellishments, just send me a message. Take care and stay crafty.

22.01.2022 Here are two of the items l have been working on, finally finished and ready to post.

22.01.2022 Just finished this throw, love the color loved working on it, now it's back to my commission work.

21.01.2022 Just finished Crochet baby rug, pattern is 12 point star, worked in super soft and cuddly acrylic yarn, easy care. Appox 1mt across.

21.01.2022 New style with one filter sewn in and pocket for extra filter if you wish. Will be a little more but I think they are a more durable design, with less seams that can weaken over time. Modelled by hubby over his beard. $10 ea. Existing orders will have the option of upgrading if they wish. Just let me know.

18.01.2022 Hello lovely crafters, I am sorry I have been so absent. I had a couple of commissions to finish and send off and then Hubby, 13yr old son and I took our first 2 week holiday in many years. RV trip!! Lots of fun, lots of visits with family and lots of km's travelled. I am now back on deck, ready to fill any and all orders in the lead up to Christmas , who has started their cards? Not me... yet. I would love to see what you are working on.

17.01.2022 Good morning all, I have some ear savers for sale, the crochet ones have a hole in the center for a pony tail. $3 ea plus postage or pick up from Springfield. Edit: Ear savers are placed across the back of your head and the elastic from the masks in hooked over the buttons.

17.01.2022 Just some of the fabrics I have available for you to choose from for masks.

16.01.2022 Am I the only one blown away by how fast this year is going already, I feel like by the time I finish typing this post, it will be July. It is nearly February!! Do you have your valentines card/s done? Do you even send or give them? I know we don't anymore, not because we don't love and appreciate each other, we just feel that we don't need a special day to say it, we say it and show it everyday. ... Onto something else, January accomplishments. I know it isn't over yet, but only 2 days to go. So far I have started a temperature blanket (crochet), knitted a beanie (got to use up some of this wool I have taking up space), finished the 12 point star blanket, learnt more about my embroidery machine and what I can/want to do with it. What have you started and or finished so far? I do have some exciting news to share soon, but I can't say anything yet... stay tuned.

15.01.2022 Happy Australia Day, fellow crafters. What are you doing today, will you spend the day with family, join in local celebrations or stay an home and craft? Just curious, how many of you fabulous crafters have been crafting to help those affected by the bush fires? I know I have, not done a lot, only half a dozen crocheted nests but with the hubs doing stocktake, I haven't sent them yet. I will when I know they are ready to receive more. Don't be put off by the influx of help from around the world. What we all need to remember is wildlife carers will always need more help and when the fires are a memory, the supplies will still be needed but there won't be as much being produced. Maybe make a conection with a local carer and top up their supply when you can. Just a thought.

15.01.2022 Took my c2c blanket with me on our getaway, I think I'm going to run out of yarn. But so soft and warm, loving c2c.

14.01.2022 Well it is nearly Halloween, which means at the very least it is time to start the Christmas cards, gift making and if you must, gift shopping. I have a large selection of Christmas themed cuts, dies and stamps. I will be updating my pages over the weekend. If you have crafty friends, you could always consider getting them a gift certificate to spend on items from my range or pick something you know they would love but won't buy for themselves. As I am being constantly reminded by facebook people near and far, less than 11 wks to Christmas!!

11.01.2022 Good morning all, I hope you are all having a good weekend so far. I have come to the conclusion that the 3 layer masks, with the sewn in filter and pocket to add additional filters, is the most form fitting and comfortable. They are $10 ea and I have a lot of fabrics to choose from. Postage extra.

09.01.2022 I know I've been slack, sorry, I have been working on things, just haven't been posting. Here is one of my current projects. Just a little something to keep my hands moving. I will also post some pics of the scarves I have done and available for sale.

05.01.2022 Happy Sunday lovely Crafters, wow how time flies, I can't believe it has been that long since my last post. I am still here, my family is all healthy, I hope yours are too. I have some masks ready for sale, excess to orders, believe it or not still getting the odd order here and there. Hopefully we won't need them or have to wear them for much longer. I also received an order for my paper clay embellishments, I have lots of designs available, some are not listed but I w...ill get onto that. Have you started your Christmas cards yet? I haven't, but I know I should. I have lots of Christmas dies and designs you can purchase for use with your cards and I will be making packs of Christmas tags for those who don't craft but don't like the look of the sticky labels or bulk manufactured ones. Let me know if there is anything in particular you are looking for and don't forget to show off your work by posting a photo. Stay Safe and stay crafty

02.01.2022 Good Morning and Happy (belated) New Year to you all, my lovely crafty friends. I'm sorry I have been so absent, they say that grief is a roller coaster and it's true. Don't worry, I haven't been totally depressed, but there have been times where grief just got in the way of me working this page the way I had intended. This year is full of new possibilities, starting with my new embroidery machine. I am offering personalised items, pricing yet to be confirmed, but feel fr...ee to ask me for a quote. Along with my scan'n'cut, I can do either embroidery or vinyl items. I am also going to start doing more sewing. So look for handmade items, especially now that we have a new cute little grandbaby to sew for. I am still offering paper and cardstock cut items and the paperclay embellishments. Not forgetting the ex shop stock I still have for sale and well below retail. So I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas filled with family and a Great New Years Eve full of laughter. Lets fill this year with creativity. Thank you all for your patience with me and my page. Watch for photos of new items.

01.01.2022 Thank you all for supporting this little home business. I am stunned by the amount of orders I have been getting. In order to streamline things a little I will only be invoicing once a day, in the evening. I will check and answer messages inbetween each order I finish. If I don't put these practices in place, I waste time flitting from one thing to another. This should hopefully enable me to get your orders to you faster.
