25.01.2022 Good discussions at today’s street corner meeting in Pinjarra. Lloyd and Shirley are retired farmers and we had chat about support for our agriculture industry and local roads. Thank you to those who can down to share their views and ideas for our community.

22.01.2022 A great day for volunteer emergency services in our community! Wonderful to join local volunteers for the opening of new state of the art facilities for the Binningup Bush Fire Brigade and the Australind SES. My son Harry tagged along for the day, and got to see and hear first hand the amazing stories and work our local volunteer emergency services do keeping us safe when disasters happen. ... Thank you!

21.01.2022 Brilliant afternoon chatting to locals at the Old Coast Road Brewery Markets yesterday. So many great local businesses and crafts on display, Henri was pretty happy with the ice cream!

19.01.2022 Before last election our community was promised the Australind would be replaced in the first term of Government. Best case, it’s still three years away. The State Government should have acted smarter and scheduled maintenance properly knowing new trains were once again delayed and not expected until at least 2023. Coming into the holiday period, it’s unacceptable locals won’t be able to jump on the train to see family and loved ones. Those who rely on the service for medica...l appointments, particularly with disabilities and low mobility have been let down because the buses are not as accessible and toilet friendly. It's time to stop pointing the finger, move past the glossy images, and start delivering for the South West.

19.01.2022 The Liberals WA will boost the value of fuel cards for 55,000 regional pensioners from $575 to $625, cutting their costs to attend medical appointments, community events, and visit loved ones. Providing more support to local seniors is part of our plan for a safer, smarter today and better, brighter tomorrow.

18.01.2022 Think you have the best mullet in Murray-Wellington? It's time to earn the crown. Jump over to the Wokalup Tavern's Facebook page for all the info. It’ll be a great afternoon, supporting a great local business. Good luck!

18.01.2022 South Yunderup! Join me this Sunday for a street corner meeting to share your views. I want to hear about what matters most to you and your family, and your ideas for our local community.

16.01.2022 This morning I jumped on the grill at the Pinjarra Community Kitchen. It was wonderful to see the amazing work Trevor and the team from five local churches do for our community, helping those most in need, and distributing food parcels in partnership with Foodbank WA. It's a great example of what can be achieved when locals get together determined to make a practical difference. ... I encourage you to find out more about what they do and consider lending a hand - head over to Pinjarra Alliance Church.

12.01.2022 Beautiful day for a street corner meeting in South Yunderup. Better freeway access with a new local interchange, the local environment and Point Grey development top of the agenda. Thank you to those who came along to share their views and ideas.

11.01.2022 The Harvey Youth Space do great work for our community. Thank you to Janine for chatting to me today - we spoke about support for kids and families, the challenges of what they are trying to achieve for local youth, and how they can grow their programs in the future. Thank you for the work you do!

10.01.2022 My plan to embarrass my kids is now officially in full swing, with these big signs being rolled out across Murray-Wellington! If you see Team Boylan out in the community, please say hello, and if you’d like one for your yard (or something smaller) please get in touch!

10.01.2022 Rain, hail or shine! Team Boylan are out this morning across South Yunderup, dropping information for our street corner meeting on November 22. If you see them, feel free to say hello and raise your local issues.

05.01.2022 Popped into Tuckey's Mitre 10 to get some early Christmas shopping in - thanks to Brayden for the help, a familiar face to the community, it’s his last week before heading off to work as an accountant. When you’re buying Christmas gifts over the next couple of weeks, think about supporting some of our great local businesses - stores like Tuckey’s, and some of our wonderful local producers. Whether it’s beer, wine, chocolate or anything else, you can find it right here in our own backyard. Every dollar you spend supports local families, supports local jobs and supports our community.

04.01.2022 It’s time we fix Peel Health Campus. The longer there are delays from record wait times, the longer lives are put at risk. Our community deserves better. 2023 is too long to wait before we see any new investment in our local hospital. Join Zak Kirkup MP and I in our fight to fix Peel Health Campus sign the petition here www.kirkup.com.au/phc
