16.01.2022 Please take a moment to watch this recent produvtion by Dr David Jeremiah... He shares how through time gone before us... the different ways in which God shelters us ..from all types of storms to generate situations that can improve not only our lives but the lives of many others... We really dont know what the Lord is preparing when we experience times like these. However, when what we see around us is in turmoil... God beyond our imagination, is still in control with a Plan for us... https://youtu.be/1ghUW4WM0Tg
16.01.2022 A beautiful message from my beloved home Zimbabwe... 'To stay at home travel tomorrow'. A country with far less resources to manage this crisis we all face today .. I thought I would share it in my new home Australia that my family and I love so much... Michelle Barratt. May God be with you all.
15.01.2022 Rather than New Year resolutions to change, think of little changes you can make all year through... one little tiny step at a time!! Remember.. there is no such thing as failure... you have successes and actions that need adjustments that you can only learn to do better over time!!
15.01.2022 COVID-19: Dear valued clients and our precious community. This is most certainly an unprecedented time for us all; so much uncertainty and so much change!! Whats worse is that there is no-one on earth that can be certain when this will end. So what do we do when we are scared, anxious and at a loss at what to expect next... how much worse will it all get? What we do have is faith in ourselves to do all we can to manage what we can control today; moment by moment. Have a ro...utine of what you CAN do each day and not what you used to do. Try to engage in a few activities each day that involve either your mind or your body or both... you will all find your own way of doing things. Stay away from information that makes you anxious and contract with yourself to stay focused on information that provides you with what you have to do to stay safe. Be kind to one another and find joy in the simple things. Maintain hope always, and be reassured that this will end. Stay safe and God Bless to you all!!

07.01.2022 Raise the confidence in yourself by knowing you are YOUR OWN UNIQUE SELF .. how you do it, when you do it all depends on exploring your own unique way of doing things. You are not like anyone else... so comparing yourself to others only hurts you and draws down on your confidence.. not build it!

05.01.2022 To manage your anxiety or depression during this time... 1.Firstly, never be afraid to ask for help. 2. Stay connected with positive family and friends. 3. Focus on what you are doing well each day, even if its small.... 4. Introduce some structure to your day and try to develop a routine. 5. Use this time to learn something new... that one thing big or small that you never had time for...this will give this time some purpose and meaning. 6. Lastly, introduce some level of exercise to keep your strength. We are here to support you if you feel that your anxiety or depressive symptoms persist.
