22.01.2022 Muscle injury relief! As a result of walking all the hills around my home at the moment my left calf and achilles have been becoming tighter and tighter. I ran the Healy local pain program through that area and all tightness and aching has gone. Funny thing is now my left calf feels better than the right one so it must need some attention too!

20.01.2022 Yesterday I worked on my puppy Bella’s eyes with the Healy Device. She has a condition where her eyes don’t produce tears and she needs daily drops for it. This is her as I was running the Healy Eyes program. She was definitely feeling the frequencies as she blinked all the way through it! 17.01.2022 This week I’ve been experimenting with the Learning Program which is designed to assist us in absorbing, processing and remembering information. I’ve ran the Concentration program a couple of times now and have noticed an increase in my ability to focus of around 60%. I’ve also experienced a feeling of more clarity in my brain each time. This has helped me to stay on track with getting work completed. I even ended up with a headache the other day from ploughing through so much work! The effect seems to last for around 24 hours so the learning program is something you would work with twice weekly until you start to see evidence of permanent change. Next on my list to try is the memory program!
16.01.2022 Now that restrictions are lifted its time to get back into the things that help our bodies maintain their Optimum Well-Being. One of the things for me is yoga and while I wished I looked like this on the yoga mat, I’ll be grateful to be getting my Asana on again very soon!

14.01.2022 I’ve been super grateful for my Healy Resonance over the past few days as it’s played a big part in bringing me back into balance after the announcement of further lockdowns in Melbourne. The ability to scan my body and see where I was out of balance (physically, mentally and emotionally) and then run the programs to bring me back to my centre have been a godsend!
13.01.2022 I’m really loving the Chakra Balancing Program on the Healy. Each time I run it I have literally felt the release from my muscles and my energetic centre as it does it’s work and I always feel a great sense of calmness and peace afterwards. 13.01.2022 Best news from a client today who has been trying for 6 months to conceive without any success. I asked her if she would be open to me trying the Potency Program for her, to see if it would help. I ran it twice a week over the month for both her and her husband, and she messaged me today to say success! Could be coincidence or could be The Healy - we will never really know, but their exciting news has really made my day!
10.01.2022 Past few days I’ve had a sore and tight neck. Today I ran the 2 Healy Programs Release and Jaw and I am stunned at the movement I now have in my neck! I could barely tilt it to one side before I used the Healy on it (I should have done a before video but didn’t think to). These programs come under the Gold Healy Package (entry level). They also include another beautiful one I’m enjoying called Balance.

07.01.2022 My daughter has suffered from dysmenorrhea (acute stomach cramps) for the past 4 years and has to take strong pain killers to help get her through each month. As a Mum it’s really hard to watch her go through the suffering it causes. This time around I tried the Healy on her. I ran the Menstruation Local Program which supports relaxation of the lower abdomen and also the Chronic Pain program. Results were the Healy gave her relief! We managed to keep her pain free during the day this time around with out the use of any pain killers. The programs were run twice on day one and once on day two and not needed on day three which is usually unheard of! Next step is to use the balancing hormone programs to see where that takes her.

05.01.2022 I have always wondered about the effects of EMF’s on my body. Last night I was looking at the protection programs on the Healy Device and felt the need to run the EMF (electro magnetic fields) protection one. It sent me straight to sleep on the couch and then I went to bed and had a straight 8 hours which is unheard of for me! The Healy has been helping with my sleep and this has added another layer to it which is interesting and maybe helpful to us sensitives.
