17.01.2022 An overall view on the likely effect of the Virus on the Australian Property Market - the property market is certainly slower to react than the stock market and if we draw comparisons to October 1987 we will need to see a more drawn out recession before property prices are impacted. In the shorter term, hesitation by sellers in listing their properties for sale will benefit existing stock on market which continues to decrease.

02.01.2022 Following our first weekend with zero home opens, I would just like to assure everyone that we continue in WA until further notice, to conduct private inspections of our homes. I am available at all times throughout the weekend and during the week to conduct private inspections - please just call me at any time. We are following the government guidelines equipped (in the boot of my car at all times) with disposable gloves and sanitising wipes and limits around the number of people coming to inspect (maximum 2 and no children please) we can continue to operate within the social distancing guidelines. I look forward to continuing to service all my clients throughout this difficult time.
