19.01.2022 When I'm employed to photograph families or couples, I ask them if they have a special place in mind where they would like to have their photoshoot. So many hidden gems in and around Perth. Photographing Chris and Collette's family was an afternoon filled with a lot of laughter. The hardest challenge in photographing people is getting them to relax and to enjoy being photographed.

14.01.2022 Maurice had no idea that his wife Teresa had organised him a surprise dinner party. It was a huge secret but nevertheless he had no idea and was hugely surprised when 45 of his dearest and closest family and friends starting pouring in, through the front door. The surprise grew even bigger when a coach bus arrived at 4.15pm and whisked them all away to a secret location that kept everyone guessing. Tina was the one who guessed correctly. Located just 45 minutes north of Perth in the beautiful Yanchep National Park is the Yanchep Inn, which was a perfect place to celebrate with excellent food & drinks. Teresa and Maurice are such a blessing to their friends and family and it was very evident in the gathering and the speeches that followed.

Chloe and Russel's 2-year-old son, Alfie had a mind of his own but I managed to get some good photos. Loved this location
