To be honest this held me back in my network marketing business for many years. I tried to die down my personality for the benefit of others. I feared people judging me and not liking me. Not letting the real me shine. ... I have been hurt and talked about behind my back which hurts especially from friends who just don't get your journey. The thing is being in Networking Marketing we have to have an unshakeable mindset. We must cultivate the courage to be imperfect and to stay true to your values. This is turn will call in your tribe. Below are 4 Tips to show up on your grid, IG stories and IGTV keeping it real and raw and vulnerable to call in your tribe. Unfollow or remove negative people that do not support you. Remember, it's great when people unfollow you as they are not your tribe. Being your authentic self will attract exactly your ideal client and repel others. Work on your vision and mindset at a truly deep level, purchase a journal and journal daily with your goals and affirmations and gratitude. Get clear on your WHY. Dig deep into you're why, peel it back like an onion layer. Write down your goals, put them in your notes on your phone, on your office wall and check in on them every single day. Research has shown the environment is everything, spend time with those that are where you want to be, who will push you and encourage your growth. Employ a mentor/coach and invest in yourself. 15.01.2022 Emotionally charged Mother’s Day, super special This morning Cam and I ran the 8 klm and Lace ran her first 4 klm ‘Fun Run’ all by herself. Today we ran with two people in particular in our hearts and of course those that have been affected by breast cancer, one no longer with us and loved running for Team Chilcott (and great friend Natalie, hugs to you today). ... So proud of Lace for being brave enough to do the 4 klm all by herself and Cam, so proud of you well I lost Cam within the first few minutes of the 8 klm. Cam ran his heart out gave Lace some encouragement as he passed her and then ......... both kids took their recording bibs off found me about 100 metres prior to the finish line and ran with me (heart melt) over the finish line. 12.01.2022 WHEN YOUR PASSION AND VISION IS SO CLEAR, GOING THE EXTRA MILE IS SOMETHING YOU LOVE DOING. In my network marketing business my mentor has always said ‘Mish, there is no ‘bv’ (business volume) in tv’ For the past 3 years whilst I have been building a residual income and a passion business in the health and wellness industry I have hardly watched tv. ... Yes there is compromise but when you love what you are doing, your vision is clear and you love learning and growing and get so much joy out of helping others then it really does not feel like a job. In the last 6 months, I have been learning in the online space with a automated online educational platform, it’s blown my mind in terms of professional development and your inner work as well as branding, Facebook ads, split testing, videos ads etc. I am so excited of what is to come and how I can help others design their life and win in their business. 03.01.2022 HAVE YOU TRIED AND FAILED? I WANT TO SAY TO YOU WELL DONE GIRL, YOU ARE IN FOR THE LONG GAME! You see the thing is most network marketers try and fail and then just give up. They put 2 mins work in and think they are going to make all this money. People study for years at uni to make 6 & 7 figures. You need to commit to learning and investing in yourself and treat your business like a business not a hobbie and then you will get paid that way did I say #residuali...ncomerocks So here’s the thing! Most network marketing companies are the bomb when it comes to professional development, they are professional development on fire! However what I have experienced many are not teaching digital strategies, they continue with the old methods that are not efficient and can be exhausting and no longer working in 2019.
