25.01.2022 I had some ingredients leftover from the 2 ingredient dough so I made some cheese and chives&onion finger breads. 1 cup SRF I used 1/2cup white & wholemeal 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon flavourista Chives & onion spice Flavourista Garlic olive oil ... Grated cheese Oven on 150, Line a tray with baking paper & sprinkle little flour on top, Mixes everything in a bowl except the cheese and oil, knee the dough well, form it into like a ball , flatten a little , cut in half, set a side half, and cut the other half in 4s, roll like a sausage and flatten a bit on tray, do this with the other half also, brush the garlic olive oil over the top & add the grated cheese, bake for about 15-20 depends on your oven and how thick you have the bread fingers, I let mine sit in the oven (OFF) for about 5-10mins than pulled out, I dipped mine in to some tomato paste. Tip: you could put cheese in the flour & yogurt mixture for a more cheesy flavour. See more
