25.01.2022 Hello. I am thinking of you all, from isolation. Yesterday was a better day. COVID-19 had consumed my life for the past 4 days. It wakes me up and won't let me sleep. Sooo. Yesterday I turned off the news, we didn't discuss it We played, exercised, made delicious food, did yoga. Last night I had 8 hours. I am grateful for sleep..... try to switch off, take time with your loved ones. Enjoy doing not much.... climb to the top of a tree and see what's out there. Love and kindness to you all.

19.01.2022 IT FINALLY HAPPENED. Two years ago I had a conversation with a dear and highly intelligent friend about life, fitness, yoga, mental health, choosing happiness, lowering expectations, Alzheimer’s, being present, raising teenagers, pretty much all things health. A brilliant conversation one that came from love, understanding and a genuine care for ourselves, each other, all humans and the planet. The conversation inspired me to further my studies, become more curiosity and have... a deeper understanding of health. I began researching and discovered Mark Sisson’s Primal Health Coaching Certificate, it resinated with me at the time and two years later still does. Primal Health encourages us to look within, to discover ourselves, to eat from sources close to home, to take our shoes off, to move our bodies, to get some sunlight; it encourages play, lots of it as we all know play creates smiles, laughter, health and happiness. I am so excited to have a deeper coaching knowledge, but even more, I am excited to share with you all. 18.01.2022 Today and every day, be your own best friend. Why? Because you are, and you need you to be kind to you. Back when I was chronically depressed and in hiding from depression, I had this voice in my head; it was noisy, it was mean, it was unkind, and it did not allow me to be me. The noise in my mind did not allow me to be kind to me and it was ruling my life. Once I acknowledged this voice and the control it had over me, I began to re-claim me. I began to build a muscle that t...old the voice, - I would not allow it to be unkind to me. That it was time to go away and that it was no longer required in my life. I will never deny that it was hard work. It took a lot of coaching and help from people I love and trust. Today when that little voice appears, I check in with myself because I know that there is a lack of balance somewhere. I make the changes I need and I thank my old self for checking in on me, - tell it I’m okay and it can leave now! WHY? Because I am my best friend, I am enough. You are too. Be kind to you and love yourself because you are one amazing human. Next year I will be making 2 days per week available to help others love themselves like they deserve. 16.01.2022 To be frank I am going crazy with the opinions around food, around training, around belly fat, around most things in the industry I love most, the health industry. I get it everyone needs to make a buck, promote themselves, sell something. BUT what if before we told people how to eat, how to train, what they should and shouldn't be doing, we asked about individual values and how people feel. If we (as in the individual) understand our own values and how our body feels when w...e do not honour individual values, then we can stop listening to others opinions, and get on with living our own. 13.01.2022 Stay home. Rest. Breath deep. You have plenty of time to get stuff done. It is time to do little, reflect alot, support your neighbors, play with your family, be the change. Our world was calling out for change, it was too busy, too much to do, too little time. We can view right now in so many ways, for me today I'm choosing to view it as time. Time to do little, to be present to my family needs, to be present to my true needs and separate them from my wants. Time to breath. 12.01.2022 Good morning. What a crazy time we are all living in. I am concerned for the health of my fellow humans, and I am concerned for the economical impact this will have on so many. YET. I feel at peace, I feel it is time to own less, want less, gather your loved ones, enjoy the basics of life. Share your excess, share compassion for others, share love. Turn off the tv and social media for a little bit.Take deep breaths and open your eyes, beauty and love are all around. Feel free to reach out if you need anything.

09.01.2022 I am struggling trying to find who I am as a "health/life coach!" Knowing that I want to make a positive impact on peoples lives, but not knowing how to do it. Planning....... Who do I want to help? What I do best? Where do I want my business to go? "Experts" say....... Make your content interesting Be unique Follow this formula BUT the truth is.... I have no idea where my life is heading I don't want to make big plans I don't know where I'll live I have absolutely no idea what I will be when I grow up. I am undisciplined I do not follow formulas I can't follow a recipe I'm a leader in my own life I'm a risk taker A nieve traveller in life, who finds adventure everywhere. I am happy I'm proud of me I am perfectly un perfect The thing I want most as a health/life coach is for YOU To be unique To be proud To find joy To laugh when you muff things up To live your best life To not follow a formula I want everyone to love life so passionately they smile from the inside out I want us all to give everyone else the space to love themselves this way, without judgement. 05.01.2022 Make sure you listen to you and feel your own feels. Our body and mind are constantly sending us quiet messages, little signs, whispers of content and discontent. Unfortunately we are often disconnected from our own being and go looking for someone else to help us answer our health concerns and emotional needs. Sometimes we need help, but sometimes we just are not listening.... Try listening into yourself, listen to your bodys whispers, you have alot of the answers, be confident in yourself and love yourself without condition. Michelle

05.01.2022 Fridays harvest, yum. We spend an average of 15 minutes a day in our vegetable garden. Its so worth it. My farmers market trip is done.

03.01.2022 Delicious food takes time to prep. In our busy lives it's too often grab and go. I am rarely satisfied with a grab and go meal. Whare as, taking the time to prepare fresh meals, rarely disappoints and I get exactly what my body is looking for. The other home is glorious mountains, a wonderful sense of familiarity One home is my husband, children, business and amazing newish friends.... 01.01.2022 This was the hardest holiday I have ever had. True. For a couple of years now I had been questioning my relationship with alcohol, so this year 2021 I chose to say no to all alcohol. I will share more about this in the future. Being on holidays I realise how often I have used excuses to let myself off the hook from doing what I know is best for me. Taking the easy option, using excuses like I'm on holidays, its the weekend, my best friends birthday. ... BUT I didn't and I won't and it feels amazing and I'm proud of me. As hard as it was to say no on holidays I come home more empowered and disciplined. 2021 for me the year of Dicipline and Freedom. Live your best life every year.
