25.01.2022 This was the cake that originally was supposed to be delivered on Sunday for Rebecca & Lachlan's wedding at @petersonhouse Hunter Valley on Sunday. Just had to place a gorgeous wreath from @_missadamsflorist_ on the front where the save the date is standing. However I was victim to some very scary road rage and was ran off the road which resulted in my first cake tragedy. With the help of my cakie friends I was able to pull myself together and salvage what I could of this original but the bottom tier was@unfortunately ruined. It took me 4 hrs to place those coconut shards on this original cake. Was so sad. But the final cake was still just as pretty.
