18.01.2022 I tried to do a video but cried so a post will have to do..... I've had to make the awfully hard decision to take a step back from MMIH due to health reasons. I've done some damage to my shoulder with a rotator cuff tear & a few other issues which leaves me in pain every bloody day. Even after a steroid injection last week, I'm still struggling with it. So much so that I had to cancel a shift today in my day job as I'm an emotional mess with the pain. I start physio on it ...tomorrow afternoon and need the time I would spend in my business to really give this a hard go as according to my Dr yesterday, if the physio doesn't work then I'll be referred to a surgeon . So plenty of physio, exercises and rest comes before my business for the time being. This decision has been so hard to make as I hate letting this get the better off me but I can't ignore it any longer. I need time to heal and put myself first. So I want to thank you for your support, you're all amazing & I hope to be back when the time is right. Remember to love & be love.... Michelle
