Healthy living doesn't have to be complicated, it doesn't have to be hard and it doesn't require rearranging your entire life and routine...healthy living is simply following a few simple steps: Start with making sure you eat well, exercise every day, and schedule time to do the things that make you feel good and support your mental health.

19.01.2022 It's a hot chocolate Happy Hump Day kind of day... I don't know about you but today calls for hot chocolate, tasty, warm and delicious and luckily I have the perfect hot chocolate recipe! All you do is...... Add 1 sachet Juice Plus Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder to a mug of hot milk (plant or dairy) your choice...stir and enjoy snuggled up on the couch under a blanket.

08.01.2022 Motivation is what gets you started but HABITS are what keep you going! Habits are the little things you do every day that over time add up to Change...but change can be hard and it can be scary so how do you change your habits?? By developing self-discipline, you are simply setting standards and goals for yourself and letting nothing and no -one stop you from reaching those goals...it is hard, yep you bet ya... so start small.... Start by: Getting up as soon as your alarm goes off...if you have trouble with this move your phone to a place where you can hear it but can't reach it...this will force you to get up...so now that you are up... Get moving...preferably outside but if that is not an option then find something you can do indoors that requires you to move your body and break a little sweat! Eat a healthy breakfast, by fueling your body with beautiful whole foods you not only set yourself up for a great day but you also help to break that 3 pm cookie addiction you have! I have incorporated these 3 habits into my morning routine for well over 6 years now, they are the 3 habits that have helped me change my life and while I still struggle to get out of bed in the morning I have developed the self-discipline to keep the promises I make to myself even when it is uncomfortable and I just plain old don't feel like it. Seriously, discipline in one area of your life will flow into all other areas of your life. So start by keeping the promises you make to yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable and soon you’ll be able to do it in other situations too. It all starts with you!
