23.01.2022 Its definitely a nostalgic day for me in the kitchen today.... Making Ricotta, Pumpkin and Spinach ravioli with my Nonna's ravioli cutter she gave to me a few weeks ago. I always think of my beautiful Nonna when i'm making pasta . We are so blessed to still have her in our lives

20.01.2022 My awesome 'return' client Rebecca hired Tastefully Yours - Italian homestyle cooking classes to host a 'Girls Night In' Gnocchi cooking class where we travelled to Rebecca's gorgeous home and a group of wonderful hilariously funny ladies managed to make the most amazing Ricotta & Spinach Gnocchi all with vino in mano ! Aaliya was my trusty and awesome assistant for the night, set up the places just like Mamma would (love her ) and away we went. We laughed so much, and in the end managed to roll 2kg of Ricotta Gnocchi to cook and serve. Each lady took home their makings and a pot of home cooked Sugo. This was an amazing experience, a first for Tastefully Yours and hopefully not the last. 18.01.2022 Today I hosted beautiful couple Jaye & John for my first Gluten Free Gnocchi di Ricotta class. What a treat. These two picked up the 'roll and flick' like they've been making Gnocchi for years. John doesnt have any dietary requirements but is so polite he supports Jaye's food intolerances. They worked so well together and to say these Gnocchi were de-licious is an understatement. Judging by Johns 3 servings , they must taste good . Thankyou Jaye & John, loved having you both here and hope you continue to make Gnocchi and Sugo at home.

07.01.2022 Despite 2 last minute cancellations, this morning Gluten Free Ricotta Gnocchi class still ended as a resounding success. I still pinch myself at how good these puffy pillows of gnocchi are (using GF flour). Jenny and Megan were so appreciative they can now eat gnocchi and taste THIS good . Thrilled at the fact they took home two full trays of Gnocchi, a pot of Sugo and their own gnocchi board, it ended up a great morning full of lots of chatter, flicking and rolling & of course - the Prosecco.
