15.01.2022 March outtakes
14.01.2022 I’ve loved diving deep into menstrual cycle awareness with you all over the past year or so. It’s been a practice I’ve had for years and I can sense that more and more of us menstruators are ready to learn more about our bodies. Each Monday I’ll be answering questions submitted by y’all on my Insta stories. It can be period questions, ovulation thangs, tracking your cycle, lifestyle q’s and anything else you want to learn about! Nothing is off the cards - we’ll be discussing mucus, clots, pain, moods, sex, cycles and more.
14.01.2022 Feeing more and more at home in this body, this self, this life
08.01.2022 I oscillate between wanting to capture moments in time with the constant feeling of being conceited when I take photos of myself. But driving from Melbourne to Brisbane gifted me three days of being truly with myself, and I wanted to capture the freedom that I felt. The morning I propped my phone up on a bench and took this self-timer photo, I was so happy and grateful for my body. I knew I was going to get my period that day, so I went for a gentle walk on the beach, felt so... grateful for the regular cycle I’ve worked so hard to have. I felt grateful that I wake up without pain and I felt grateful that my core supports me in the way I stand up in the world - a foundational strength that empowers me to be proud and bold and playful. Through my yoga practice I really do feel so at home in my body. All of it. If this is something you seek, I hope you find it too See more
04.01.2022 This is a picture of my new haircut so the Instagram algorithm doesn’t think I’ve completely gone off the grid (I have ) but I’m taking my time to land on what it is I want to share with my community and how I want that to look
03.01.2022 There have been a few times I’ve cried ordering coffee. And they’re usually around day 1 of my cycle. So why do we get emotional pre-period? Is it normal? And why do some people experience emotions like sadness while others feel irritability or anger? I’ll be posting an IGTV on PMS later in the week SO if you have any questions you want me to answer for you please post them in the comments section and I’ll try my best to answer them! xM
