19.01.2022 PROGRESS UPDATE We hope you are all keeping safe and well in your homes during these extraordinary times Luckily, the building trade can continue, so with some careful distancing we are working hard in Nannup on this hilly block with amazing views ... This is another building designed by Ben. The clients wanted to use the hillside to get an undercroft garage and use the high point to capture the views The house is built using engineered steel floor walls and roof, which is very strong yet light weight and totally white-ant proof Ben is still in the office too (when he's not lifting steel framework ), so call us if you want him to get started on your custom design ,

17.01.2022 Last week visiting many of our trades out on site in the extreme heat I was explaining the importance of hydration and staying hydrated throughout summer. This is the product I was telling you guys about. It’s sugar free and has exactly what you need to avoid dehydration. Aussie made right here in Busselton and something I use when I’m on tools or out doing my Ironman training. https://www.bindinutrition.com.au/product/bindilyte-120g/... Coke, Powerade, soft drinks and only water simply does not cut it. Stay healthy guys. See you Thursday for a beer and I’ll explain more if you’re interested. Mick

17.01.2022 PROGRESS UPDATE 6 weeks of hard work in Nannup and we are nearly at lock up stage This build will only be another 6 weeks to completion... Building doesn’t need to be a drawn out process with lock in contracts and variation charges. We were able to keep ahead of construction delays and ordered everything we needed for the job early, and so have kept it on track. The house is built using engineered steel floor walls and roof, which is very strong yet light weight and totally white-ant proof And, how about those views! ,
