25.01.2022 New clutch and Engine rear main seal for this customer today. Call for a free quote. At AM/PM Mechanical every vehicle booked in gets a free safety inspection.

25.01.2022 Customer had a noise in the brakes and also an intermittent no start problem. On inspection we found that the left side rear inner and outer brake pads had been installed on the wrong sides. This put the pads on an angle when applied which also seized the calliper slide pins (which also had no grease/anti-seize). You can notice the excessive wear on only one brake pad from the four due to this. Please ensure you use a reputable and experienced mechanic to do any brake job on your vehicle. The intermittent start problem was a 2 minute diagnosis which was the clutch switch. These switches won’t let you start the vehicle without your foot on the clutch. 19.01.2022 Front and rear springs packs had some extra leaves fitted then reset to carry extra weight safely on the road. Speak to NQ Springs about upgrading your carrying load or just resetting your springs if your car, light truck or heavy truck is sagging. They can also just replace single leaves if you have a broken one and they also do coil springs!

18.01.2022 Customer had some dams to repair and asked me to get his old scraper going. Has been sitting in his shed for a few years. Overhauled the service brake valve, reset hydraulic valve pressures, changed some hydraulic hoses and gave the old 613 Scraper a grease and service. As good as new.

17.01.2022 Camara needed a pair of spotties fitted to a 2019 Isuzu MUX which was heading back out on the highway today. Few little changes needed to the supplied wiring harness but all in all a neat job and was a pleasure to do for her.
