25.01.2022 With the lovely damp weather some of you may be using your dryers... Just a reminder that it is really important to keep your dryers clean. It's even more important to make sure that if using a condenser dryer that you clean the condensers and evaporators every 30 drying cycles or once a month (this may differ slightly between brands).

14.01.2022 Quite often we are told that clients haven't received our emails, this is because on occasion we land in the junk/spam folders instead of the inbox. Important emails can quite often be mistaken by filters as spam so it is important to regularly check these folders. The next question we are asked is how to find the junk... This does differ between software/email providers however in general there will be a folder listed under your inbox. Once you locate your important emai...ls in the spam/junk, the next step is to move them to your inbox and this is done by selecting the email and then selecting "Not Junk" or "Report not spam". Each email program will differ slightly in this process. Finally another step that you can take to minimise important emails landing in the junk folder is to add email addresses to your contact list. The junk/spam folder plays a very important role in saving us reading a lot of emails however it still is important to regularly check this folder for things that shouldn't have landed there. Remember that in most cases this folder is also automatically deleted so anything that lands there will not be retrievable so you'll need to contact the sender to have these resent.
