Using my secret ingredient my favourite protein powder from @elitesuppsaustralia (see my story for SWIPE UP) See the recipe below and hit the save button to try yourself! CALORIES 102 Protein 9g Fat 1.5g Carbs 11.5g .... 1-1.5 cups of gluten free oats(blend finely) 40g gf flour 2 eggs & 2 egg whites 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 1 cup of milk pinch of pink salt 3 serves of protein powder 140g (1pack) of blueberries Put into the trays and bake for 15-20minutes @ 180 degrees! 01.01.2022 MPF Retreat - May 2019 Our Uluwatu, Bali Retreat was an active-holiday style retreat.
