25.01.2022 WHAT IS REALLY IN STORE BOUGHT READY FOODS!!! Yuk!! (the ugly truth about thickeners!) Haha.... what have you found causes you to get a case of the stringies???? WLS moment... haven't had this happen for a while... just ate a pie and got the worst case of string-ies... omfg... what was in that pie!!!! WARNING.. not for those with a weak stomach ... This is something that I am sure many of you have gone through throughout your WLS journey. There is something grossly fascinating about stringies!! I am kinda thankful that my body doesn't accept this sort of crap in it anymore but sometimes you just don't get enough time to get to the loo and the kitchen sink is closer.. I was mortified that it wouldn't even slide through the sink slots, that is some serious clag there!!! I hope everyone has a great weekend,, keep safe and be nice to one another. So much going on in the background that I haven't really been active or posted lately, shall break some news in the coming weeks as a couple of important changes unfold and come to fruition. Apologies for the gross-out... but this shit is real & is something that wls people can relate to an appreciate and will have a lil giggle about, others may just find it plain gross and that's fine as well.. we are all human but needless to say there is some serious crap in ready meals out there!!

23.01.2022 Lol, I am not gonna lie, Life is so much better & easier with SANAME P360 in my life!!! (Simple, no fuss health without the BS!!) I am sooo proud of my creations and this business This stuff is to die for and all the flavours taste soo friggin good (the p360 itself has no flavour or taste really and it can be added to anything!!) AND the health benefits are friggin amazing!!! Today I am testing it out with My DryBlends Australia - 'Vietnamese Pho Spices Broth Powder" fo...r the first time and added it to P360 & I am SOOO SOLD haha. You may notice that there is an increase of collagen products in the market and I have been keeping abreast of all these other products and their ingredients & sources and over 84% of them are using the cheap collagen products on the market because they are all about the profit margins. This totally goes against my morals and ethics and is definitely not what SANAME is about. After months of trials and not being 100% happy with what was out there I realised I just had to create it myself because there was & still is nothing on the market that comes close to ticking all the boxes that our SANAME range does. P360 is also the first collagen product on the market in the world that gets the 5 star health rating approval!! 04.01.2022 Every now again you should be able to treat yourself to a pub favourite even tho atm we can't actually enjoy a snitty at a pub or surf club haha... Micromeal Dirty Chicken Snitty Plated up; =================================... - halfa Aldi chicken snitty - 1tbsp coles salsa - tbsp coles tasty cheese - a fresh garden picked cherry tom - 1 gem cos lettuce leaf.. warning this micromeal does contain 1/3 of your daily carb allocation if you are at your goal weight and don't actively exercise... if you are overweight or not at your goal weight try a naked version (ie. Oven bake 100g chicken in the oven, then add the salsa, cheese and grill to melt the cheese) tastes friggin awesome, but I just wanted to highlight that you are still allowed a fried treat ocassionally when you have reached your goal weight. simple meal... I honestly couldn't tell you when I last ordered one of these out, definately not in the last 2.5yrs anyway... Haha as I would literally only get through a quarter of one from the surfy or the pub and the rest would be wasted.... It blows my mind & makes me sad at how much I used to over eat but those meals are considered "normal size" main meals!!! No wonder we have such an obese population in Australia.
