Best decision ever for me, it's been FAR from a walk in the park by ANY means but OMG the end result of r...eaching your goal weight and maintaining it for OVER A WHOLE FRIGGIN YEAR - it is still soo surreal & indescribable to NOT have a regain and to be happy, healthy and loving V2.0 of me!! 100% mindset, foodstyle and lifestyle changes forever. Total committment, dedication, determination and respect for the tool and the process. I am ever So grateful to have gained this knowledge and experienced this journey with you many super cool amazing humans over the last 2 years. You are my WLS family and I love you all sooo friggin much, it's been an honour and true privilege to share my journey with you and for you to share your journeys with me, I feel so blessed & connected to such an amazing tribe of losers (excuse the pun ) that all get exactly what its been like for me, You are honestly ALL so super amazing, inspiring, supportive & empowering!!! 03.01.2022 Wow... having a reflective moment 2nite... turnt the big 4-0 on Wednesday & thought my how things have changed in the last 2.5yrs..... I am sooo happy I have t...urnt my life upside down 3 times now in the last 5years... * 2015 - started my own insurance brokerage with 1 client * 2017 - had WLS & changed my lifestyle & mindset for life & developed MicroMeals * 2019 - sold my insurance business & focused on all things MicroMeals (Lol not to mention other people & unforseen circumstances that have also turnt it upside down as well countless times over this time as well, but you have to roll with the punches, keep focused, remain positive and trust that every delay is an opportunity to look at things from another angle or an opportunity to improve something or an opportunity to re-prioritize - ALWAYS FIND A POSITIVE & LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, AS THINGS COULD DEFINATELY HAVE BEEN WORSE!!! Lol never in a million years would I have ever thought or been able to comprehend or accept that in only 2.5yrs from that date that I would...... - be half my body weight (and maintained for over 16mths) - be half my dress/pants/skirts/shirts size - be 2 shoe sizes smaller - be talking to & working with international manufacturers - fit into a size 9 pair of "twiggy" wranglers me twiggy... omg.. - be the owner of a health food business tailored to the wls community - live, breathe & eat all things I am passionate about & truly believe in my business - love the real me, versions full uncut version 2.0 (she knows exactly what she wants) - formulated, developed & manufactured - P360 - unflavoured collagen protein powder - formulated, developed & manufactured - SUPERBONE - bonebroth collagen powder - formulated, developed and soon releasing - 6 other amazing high protein low carb solutions in the coming months - so excited - created & developed over 170 high protein low carb nutritionally formulated portion controlled dishes ranging over 14 cuisines from all over the world... which...*sigh* .. sorry are taking longer than anticipated to get to market for several reasons (omg, if only you knew all the facets that are involved in commercially producing frozen meals, you may begin to understand why these aren't or yet...argh....
