15.01.2022 Tech Tip Tuesday: Microsoft Outlook- Outlook 365 Wont Open, What do I do? If you are using Office 365 you can download and use this automated tool to diagnose and fix issues.... 1) Download the Support and Recovery Assistant - https://lnkd.in/g5eHcDs application from Microsoft. 2) Run the installation, once installed Support and Recovery Assistant will automatically start. 3) Agree to accept the license agreement. 4) Choose Outlook as the program you want help with & click Next 5) Click Outlook Won't Start and click Next. 6) Click Yes to confirm you are using the affected computer and click Next 7) Enter the email address and password you use for Office 365 and click Next. 8) Wait while the app diagnoses your problem. 9) Review the results when the assistant is finished. 10) Follow the prompts and exit the tool if it repairs Outlook. 11) Check for suggestions of other solutions if the tool is not able to correct the problem. #techsupport #itsupport #ithelpdesk #techtalk #it #technology #techtiptuesday

08.01.2022 It is imperative your health and safety continues as you work from home. Here are some simple steps from Concept Systems to ensure you are ergonimoically setup: 1. Work at a desk with adequate knee and foot clearance so that you can sit and stand close to your laptop. 2. Use a seperate keyboard & mouse.... 3. Position the keyboard & mouse directly in front of you within easy reach. 4. Position your laptop so that the top of the screen is level with your eye height. If you don’t have a laptop riser, use a box file or some books to raise your laptop. Or plug in a separate monitor. 5. If sitting, use an adjustable chair. If your chair is too low, sit on a cushion to raise your seat height. 6. Maintain a good posture; if sitting, try to ensure that the small of your back is supported, your shoulders are relaxed (not slumped, not elevated), and that there is no unwelcome pressure on the back of your knees. If standing (e.g. at your kitchen worktop), keep your legs, torso, neck and head approximately in line and vertical don’t slouch, lean or twist to the side. 7.
