Spirulina is very nutritious and packed with B vitamins Have a great Sunday _______________________________________________ Half of fresh coconut chunks 3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt 2 frozen bananas 4 frozen bananas 1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt 3 coconut chunks 1/2 cup of plant milk or distilled water 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina powder 1 teaspoon of brown rice syrup (optional) Blend blue smoothie in a high speed blend.
