11.01.2022 Mid South Coast is Open for Business!! The Mid South Coast has had some tough times recently, but paradise is open for all to enjoy! We welcome all holidaymakers and tourists to the Mid South Coast! The Princes Highway and Kings Highway are open again, inviting all to enjoy our beautiful shorelines. Our area has gone through tough times with the fires, but the community has rallied together to support people in need and our RFS volunteers.... The Batemans Bay Business and Tourism Chamber have started a campaign called Love the Bay. You can help to support our local small businesses by shopping locally and at small businesses which have been affected by the fires. Take the family to eat out and help the local hospitality industry to recover. Help a local small business to get back on their feet by buying someone a beautiful gift! Little gestures like this go a long way to making a difference in our community. We thank you for your generosity, and hope you enjoy your holidays! https://mscca.com.au/mid-south-coast-open

02.01.2022 The Christmas and New Year period is a time when we spend time with our family and friends. It’s a time when we delight in seeing our children’s and grandchild...ren’s faces light up when opening gifts. Many of us enjoy a break from work and lazy days relaxing after a big year. Unfortunately, this year many of our volunteer firefighters haven’t been been able to do these things. Many of them may not have spent Christmas Day with their families. Instead, they have been fighting the fires that currently surround our region. Every day they put their lives on the line to protect us, our properties and our town. We cannot begin to express our gratitude to these brave and selfless men and women. You are our superheroes We thank you If you would like to send a message of thanks to our RFS volunteers please write it in the comments section of this post and we will ensure it gets to them.
