11.01.2022 Happy International Dog Day!! Today we celebrate how incredible dogs of all shapes and sizes are. Did you know that dogs have a huge application in conservation of different species? Maremmas and other guardian dog breeds are being used in different parts of Australia and the world to protect different species. There are also detection dogs that can sniff out endangered or invasive species. Dogs are amazing. Check out other conservation dog projects online at places like Zoos Victoria and Canidae Development.
