If soap and water are not available, they can use hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol to help get rid of germs, including Coronavirus. To avoid children accidentally swallowing, parents should keep hand sanitiser out of their reach and supervise kids ages 5 and younger when they use hand sanitiser. ...
