13.01.2022 God's word to me during this Journey with cancer has always been to not fear, because He is with me, that He will give me strength. As I've prayed I always prayed for instant miraculous healing, and although we know God's promise is for healing, I have begun to discover that the way we expect is not always God's way. Through this journey our Lord God has empowered me to walk in His strength and has provided so many opportunities to declare His name. His ways are higher than our ways. PRAISE the wonderful name of JESUS.

01.01.2022 O taste and see that the Lord is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him Psalm 34:8 When we taste and see that the Lord is good through time in His presence, then we most certainly realize for our own lives the truth of how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.... There is a connection between tasting the goodness of God and desiring more of His presence, and God has made it this way. David wrote while in the wilderness of the land of Judah, in fear of his life in Psalm 63: My soul thirsts for you O God, my flesh longs for you in a dry land where there is no water. I look for You in the sanctuary to see Your power and Your glory. David had tasted the intimacy of relationship with God and it made him all the thirstier for the Lord’s presence. Being in God’s presence was a priority for David. The proof of our tasting and seeing that the Lord is good, is that we step further and closer into His presence for more of this goodness we are tasting. It’s so simple for all of us, and yet many struggle because of the pull of this world. The apostle Peter echoed David’s words when he wrote to the body of Christ regarding our own priesthood unto God, ministering to the Lord, writing this; if you have tasted the Lord is gracious coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God (1 Peter 2: 3-5). We can know how mature we are in the things of God simply by assessing our desire to be in His presence. O if only the entire body of Christ would joyfully and humbly come into obedience and understanding of this word concerning our purpose as God’s people, to live in His presence and not in this world. Let us each today taste and see that the Lord is good and take refuge in Him. Yes let us taste the kindness of the Lord so we may truly, according to this word from Peter, grow in respect to our salvation by becoming God’s royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s Own possession (1 Peter 2:9). Amen, Yes, so bet it!
