QPS & Greyhound ask that there not be too much fine detail (small text etc.), as you can see, they will be getting blown up and they want drivers sitting behind these busses to be able to see it all and get the safety message across. Please no names or entry details on the front of the poster. The school office has entry forms to fill out and attach to the entries. 21.01.2022 Middlemount Community School seeks an Administration Officer for 4 hours per week, commencing 24 August 2020 until 11 December 2020, with a possibility of extension to 30 May 2021. The successful applicant will be employed under the Administration Officer role, but will focus on the preparation and production of key school publications including, but not limited to, school prospectus, yearbook publications, Powerpoint presentations. The role will require proficient use of digital cameras and software, the Adobe suite, Powerpoint, Word and other online applications related to the preparation of publications. Parades Primary parade is Monday 2:30pm in the hall. Secondary parade is Monday 8:50am in Q5. Attendance This year we aim for 95% attendance. We know that students who attend school everyday are more successful. Make sure that your children are able to reach their potential by sending them to school every day. Homework Club Homework Club will commence in Week 2. It is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for Year 1- Year 6. Primary students require signed permission to attend. Forms are in the office. Secondary students may stay on any afternoon. Secondary teachers make themselves available on Thursday afternoons in the library. Booster Club Booster Club is available for Prep - Year 6 from 8:30- 9:00am. Signed permission is required. Forms are in the office. Prep sessions are Tuesday and Thursday. Year 1- Year 6 sessions are on every day except Wednesday. Looking forward to a fantastic year!!

10.01.2022 R U OK? Sausage Sizzle Next Thursday, 10th of September is R U OK? day. For this, the student council will be offering a FREE SAUSAGE SIZZLE at first break. Students are encouraged to enjoy a free sausage sizzle and check in with their mates. Students will receive 1 sausage on bread with sauce, so are also encouraged to bring their own lunch in case that does not fill them up.
