24.01.2022 With the 2021 school year fast approaching, it's time book your next school camp. Our focus is immersing kids in nature & adventure! We are in a great location, in the stunning Tweed Valley, NSW. Have great home cooked meals, awesome instructors & comfortable accommodation.

21.01.2022 Woohoo, it's Monday and we wish you a fabulous week ahead. A little tip for the week, things don't have to be perfect, it's the start of a new week, it's up to you how it goes? Plans change, unavoidable, out of our control things happen, everyday! ... It's up to us how we react. Are we going to be adaptable and a solution person, or are you going to freak out and fall apart? And, look, it's okay to fall apart sometimes, we are only human. But it's how we put ourselves back together And, remember, our reactions & vibe, effects everyone around us. Let's set the mood, and create a good vibe.

19.01.2022 Is it a bird, is it a monkey, is it a big koala? No, it's Seth, our groundsman, our very lovely son, who happens to have his rope qualifications in a Cert III for Outdoor Recreation. So, guess what? He got to test out our new Crate Stack Activity, having alot of fun up in the tree, learning some WH&S practices & troubleshooting!... Now, we can't wait to get the kids building up their crate stacks, having loads of fun and learning some great team building skills. 14.01.2022 A HUGE thank you to @fredheckeroth & his team from Caldera Dynamics for installing a NEW high ropes activity "Crate Stack"! Ohhhhh, yesssss, we are super excited to share this with our schools & their students. It's our first high ropes activity and an awesome team building activity. There will be two stacks with two teams, the outcomes will vary on the age of students and the schools overall outcome requirements.... 14.01.2022 School Camp is not just about the great food, accommodation & activities. One of the outcomes of school camp is about building resilience in students. It's about kids being encouraged out of their comfort zones, to extend their boundaries & limitations, to try something new.... Learning to work as a team & that it's okay to fail & try again. And keep trying with support, to achieve the desired outcome from an activity. Being in nature, in a beautiful, natural environment is all apart of camp at Midginbil. 08.01.2022 The bunkhouse accommodates the students & teachers. Bigger schools can add tents for camping, and/or sleep in the lodge rooms (motel style rooms). It's great to reflect on the outcomes from the students experiences individually and as a collective, a tribe, a team! And, nothing better than toasting marshmallows by the fire, after a big day of adventure!... Yummo!

03.01.2022 Let's go canoeing on the beautiful Midginbil dam. It's on our property, so no need for transport or getting on a bus, it's all here! Besides the activity of canoeing, the landscape is spectacular!... Kids play games on the water, learn the skill of getting around in a canoe & will also get to build a raft, that floats. https://ed.gr/dd5zd

01.01.2022 Kids love mud! Maybe not so much parents?? But, my kids would also find the puddle or the mud, or the water? It's like they were just attracted to it?! And we seem to say alot "don't get dirty", my kids great up on a farm, so my husband would say "they're kids, they're supposed to be dirty" & he's right! White, was not an option!! ... Because we know how much kids love mud, pioneering or mud brick making is a very popular activity. So, parents or kids, don't pack your good clothes? Pack, your worst clothes. You are guaranteed to get dirty!
