Were on the road again and this time to the new Midland Family Bistro at The Commercial Tavern Mi...dland on Saturday the 23rd of May for our 6 hour, epic BBQ degustation. Our last class sold out in only a few days, so grab your ticket now! Come feast for 6 hours long in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughter, whilst you learn how easy it is to turn cheap cuts into magic. We can and will. Thats our promise. Over the course of the class, we guide guests through the tips and secret tricks of how to extract the best out of your meat and smoker. We cook on Weber kettles, Fornetto or ProQ bullets, offsets, Akorn and Dragon kamados, ugly drums and pellet cookers at home, so we can teach you how to get the best out of your smoker. We can even teach you how to smoke on your gas BBQ and make burgers too. Guests eat for 6 hours with food served from the moment we start, then almost on every hour after until our epic meat platter at the end. Many comment that they would have paid for the ticket, just for the food and many come just to eat and just as many return a second time, saying where else will someone feed you melt in your mouth BBQ, thats lovingly cooked overnight for the dollars. Firstly we would like thank you all for your support with our startup over the past 11 weeks, The recent changes to every day life has obviously and unfortunately impacted the direction we were moving in but we are staying focused on going forward through these ever changing tough times. We will be putting together a takeaway menu today that will be available for pickup and possibly delivery when we work out... how long we are in this situation. All we can do is keep our minds strong and focused on getting through this with a strong sense of community and respect for each other.
