11.01.2022 Introducing our New Musical Theatre Teacher Matthew Arnold After completing his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Curtin University and Diploma of Musical Theatre at WAAPA, Matthew is excited to join the MDS team! Matthew’s Musical Theatre credits include The Producers, Atomic: A New Rock Musical, The Addams Family, Carrie, Rock of Ages and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He has also performed in several plays, in both amateur and professional capacities. As part of... his Honours, Matthew wrote and directed Money for Something: a New Jukebox Musical at Curtin University’s Hayman Theatre. Matthew has also directed several other short plays. Matthew has performed at Perth and Adelaide Fringe festivals and aspires to take original works overseas to other festivals such as Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I cannot wait to bring my experience and tips and tricks that I’ve learned over the years to the MDS students!

I am personally deeply grateful for everything she has done in this capacity - We look forward to still seeing her in her classes as normal.... she is amazing and we wish her the best of luck with future endeavours...
