25.01.2022 An Important message for our many members that live in the Shire of Swan. https://m.facebook.com/groups/1183228601806332?view=permalink&id=2317980591664455&sfnsn=mo

24.01.2022 Perth Royal Show!!! As you probably know, entries have opened for this years show. All entries this year are online only. We know that some people aren’t confident with the online entering system or may not have the required facilities to do so. So we have decided to hold a meeting where a couple of our members will be happy to help you complete your entries ... We will bring the required laptops and devices and will do the entry for you. All we require from you is your email details, and banking details (I know, sounds like a scam) but it is so that your entry fees can be deducted and your prize money deposited. The meeting is on the 14th of August, and will start at 7.30pm. It will be held at brown park, swan view. This meeting is open to anyone, not just members as we really want to support the show and the poultry community by getting lots of entries done! We look forward to seeing you there! If your confident with the technology yourself, I have attached the schedule link below https://www.perthroyalshow.com.au//co/pigeons-and-poultry/

06.01.2022 Coronavirus (Covid-19) We thought we would post something just to inform everyone that the club is considering coronavirus and what it means for the poultry community. We understand that the Australian show season has already been effected with the cancellation of many shows including the Sydney Royal Easter, the Harvey Agricultural show, and a number of others. ... Whilst it is a shame to have to cancel events, we commend the concerned parties for making these tough but responsible decisions. In regards to our own club, at this stage we have not cancelled any of our events, such as our Annual club show scheduled for August. However we will be reviewing these decisions, almost monthly. We ask that at our meetings in the coming months that you use especially good hygiene practices and etiquettes as recommended by the government and health authorities. Hand sanitizer will be available at our meetings for everyone to use. We will keep you updated with any event changes concerning our club. We understand that poultry is everything. But health is important too We have attached some links to health advice regarding covid-19. https://www.health.gov.au//novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-hea

04.01.2022 A date to remember! Congratulations to all the WA judges on their selection.
