19.01.2022 Have you noticed water bills have changed recently? As of July 2013, water use and service charges have been combined into a two month billing system which has led to some confusion amongst our clients. Just remember to turn over your bill and check what the charges are, keeping in mind that as a tenant you only pay the water use charges, and if youre the owner you pay both charges.
