13.01.2022 So its been a big 12 months, and our project with Colonel Light Gardens Primary School is now complete. You can read all about it here! http://clgpsanzac.edublogs.org/2016/04/08/we-have-lift-off/

08.01.2022 A project I have been working on: I always enjoy doing work for the Maritime Museum as I always learn so much!

05.01.2022 More exciting news- as you know we are finalists in the SA and NZ ATOM film awards. I'm travelling to Melbourne later this month to attend the awards. The lat...est bit of excitement is that the ABC TV show BTN, Behind the News, is featuring our DVD footage in their episode about Remembrance Day. It airs on ABC3 on Tuesday 8th November at 10am. It can also be watched straight from the BTN website at anytime after Tuesday 10am. The final piece of SUPER exciting news is that our DVD has won the Federal Government's Dept of Veteran Affairs Anzac Day Schools Award for SA. The school won $2000. We are now in the running for a national prize. We are so grateful to our film producers and parents, Linda Kennedy and Helen Carter because without them, none of this would have been possible. If your family does not yet have a copy of the DVD, there are still a few available at the front office for $20. Commemorative Anzac centenary pennies are also available for $5 each. The DVD and pennies will be available from me, wandering the yard after school, on Remembrance Day (11th November)

04.01.2022 I've been working with Colonel Light Gardens Primary over the past few months to make a film encouraging parents to volunteer at the school. The filming was done by four girls in Friday's Film Club, and edited largely by me. If you look closely you will spot the whole family :) If you go to the CLGPS Youtube channel there is also a Japanese and a Korean language version! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCROXHCKUxP2csZozJ875zcA

03.01.2022 A short excerpt of our film "Our World War 1" on ABC3's Behind The News.

02.01.2022 The CLGPS WW1 Centenary film project has been lots of fun so far, the students getting involved with lots of interesting and varied activities, from pitching tents, to artwork, to poetry and cooking. You can follow the progress here, there's lots more to come! http://clgpsanzac.edublogs.org/
