Participate in activities in the community while supporting participants to achieve their goals.... MIDSUPPORT has participants with complex / behaviour support needs requiring care for their individual needs. As a MIDSUPPORT disability support worker, you will require experience working with people with challenging behaviours / physical needs / general support. Your tasks may include but limited to the following: - Home / domestic care - Personal Care - Behaviour Management - Medication - Assisting our participants to access the community and social programs If you are a passionate, experienced support worker who strives on making a real difference in someone’s life then we have a place for you at MIDSUPPORT.
