23.01.2022 Due to the Council's Eyre Highway Streetscape Project, our driveway access is currently closed to facilitate works. However, you can still enter the carwash via the driveway at Goldinna. Please be cautious of the Outside Ideas workers in the vicinity.

22.01.2022 Due to a power outage, all of our facilities are currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but it is beyond our control.

19.01.2022 We currently have no electricity at the car wash due to a power outage affecting parts of the Wudinna township. This means you’ll have to enjoy the glorious Father’s Day sunshine & wash the car another day! We apologise for any inconvenience.

18.01.2022 The implications of COVID-19 on our business has been quite noticeable, with fewer tourists on the road and locals not venturing far from home so not having the need to clean their car. This aside, we would like to thank all of our customers (regulars or one time users) over the past few months for their patronage & support. It is fantastic to finally see a bit more traffic along the Highway and more travellers coming to explore our sensational backyard. We are super excited to advise that last week we had one of our busiest (possibly our busiest ever since opening in June 2017 - we need to check the stats!) with over 60 cars through the automatic wash!

17.01.2022 We hope that everyone got a chance to enjoy the long weekend & the wet weather yesterday! If you’re coming to the car wash to get your vehicle looking spick and span again, it is greatly appreciated if you can please following the directions & wash mud off in the designated bay.

13.01.2022 Just like that, life in South Australia returns to some sort of normal. We have opened all of our facilities & operate 24/7 for your convenience.

13.01.2022 Unfortunately our Change Machine partied a little too hard over the Christmas break and is currently out of action. You will need to bring gold coins with you to operate the facilities. Apologies for the inconvenience.

13.01.2022 We would like to advise our customers that we have recently completed some replacement of our infrastructure. The Automatic Wash & Change Machine are back in full working order, accepting new & old versions of notes & are able to dispense $2 coins. Thank you for your patience why we resolved these issues! 12.01.2022 A sign of the times... Due to the Circuit Breaker lockdown currently occurring in South Australia, we have determined our business to be non-essential & will be closed for the foreseeable future. Please stay safe & look after your loved ones. We’ve got this!

12.01.2022 With increasing fears about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to remind our valued customers that as a self-serve carwash, we'll stay open for whatever business there is, while we can! Now, more than ever, it’s important to keep your car clean and free from germs. We will be implementing our own practices to help prevent the spread of the virus. However, it is asked that customers practice good hand hygiene and remain at home if feeling unwell.

10.01.2022 The front of the car wash is undergoing a makeover as part of Wudinna District Council’s Eyre Highway Streetscape Project. It is still business as usual for us but please be wary of the earthmoving equipment operating in the area & abide by the traffic management the contractor has implemented. We can’t wait to see the end result!

An item of personal significance belonging to a young lad by the name of Billy Wegener has been located at the car wash this morning. We are hoping that through the power of Facebook, we will be able to get in contact with him & arrange it’s return.
