Please reply to that email with any agenda matters. We would love to see as many members there as possible.

23.01.2022 We have competitors here all day from NSW, so come and visit the woodchopping arena at Royal Bathurst Show. It’s a beautiful day in Bathurst today, why not come down and have some lunch and come and cheer us on!

17.01.2022 Eddie and Stuart have completed the draw, and the winners are............... Congratulations to: MICHAEL COFFEY... BEN WATERS JOHN COFFEY You have each won a Tuatahi Racing Axe finished off for Australian hardwood. We hope to see you all at the Royal Sydney Show in 2021, and in the meantime we'll be in touch and get these axes to you. Well done!

17.01.2022 Yes, the Ferris wheel will be there but SO WILL THE WOODCHOPPING! Come and watch us compete at Royal Bathurst Show this weekend. If you are someone who has been interested in woodchopping, this weekend is the time to come down and check out the action, meet some of our members and see what you need to get started.

16.01.2022 MIDWEST AXEMEN would like to congratulate Kevin Graham on becoming a life member of the club. Kevin has shown exceptional dedication to the sport of woodchopping and the MidWest Axemen. You can generally find Kevin helping set up and clean up events and giving general good spirited advice to the axemen. We thank him for his tireless work with the club, and welcome him as a life member.

04.01.2022 2020 RELIANCE BANK ROYAL BATHURST SHOW CONFIRMED CANCELLED With 3 months to go to a possible alternative date, the Show Council of the Bathurst AH&P Association... last night agreed with the recommendation of their Executive Committee that the option of conducting a rescheduled 2020 Reliance Bank Royal Bathurst Show on the October long weekend was increasingly unlikely. They have confirmed the Royal Bathurst Show will not proceed in 2020. The Association will now focus on planning the 152nd Reliance Bank Royal Bathurst Show on 16-18 April 2021 in the hope that conditions and restrictions will have eased to the extent it can run. Horse Section competitors will receive seperate notifications regarding options available from next week. Pre-purchased ticket holders, Sponsors & Commercial Exhibitors will also be contacted directly from next week to discuss available options. 03.01.2022 Media Release Young Show- Cancelled The Young Show Society wishes to advise that due to the uncertainty around the rules and regulations of the Covid-...19 issue, the 2020 Young Show to be held on the 20th September has been cancelled. The Committee believe this is in the best interest of our community at this time. To all of our valued sponsors, volunteers, stewards & supporters, thankyou for your ongoing support. We hope to still run our Horse event on the long weekend in October, we will be monitoring the Covid-19 situation very closely & make our final decision on this closer to the date. We look forward to working with our community and everyone involved to make our 2021 show our best one yet. Regards Sam Reynolds President

02.01.2022 COVID UPDATE The NSW AXEMEN’S ASSOCIATION has recently held their AGM and decided that there will be NO competitive woodchopping events for the remainder of 2020 in NSW. We will update you as soon as we know what is happening for 2021.
