25.01.2022 Hello all, thanks for liking and sharing the Midwest Rescue Helicopter page. It is our aim for a dedicated rescue helicopter service to be permanently stationed in the Midwest from around mid-2021. With the WA State Government elections due in March 2021, now is the time to let our politicians know that regional lives matter and that people living, working and visiting the Midwest Region should be entitled to the same level of protection as the rest of Australia. So far ou...r petition has received over 1,000 signatures but we need many more. You can sign the petition at Marine Rescue Geraldton, Geraldton Ceramics, Glenfield Newsagency, Gone Fishing, Ian Blayney's Office and Colin De Grassi's Office. We will be ramping up the number of available outlets over the next few weeks and will let you know as they come to fruition. If anyone wants a petition for their workplace, club, etc. please let me know. See more
