I love this modification of downward-facing dog during third trimester for opening up your chest and shoulders, releasing low back pain and d...ecreasing hip tightness and tension. Place your feet shoulder width apart and walk your hands down the wall until you feel a gentle stretch on the back of your thighs and shoulders. Then hold while taking several breaths in and out. I love this stretch first thing in the morning or after sitting for a long time (hello Zoom call!). This stretch is also GREAT for pain relief from contractions during labor and especially for back labor .
