17.01.2022 MID YEAR CARNIVAL | It is with great sadness that we inform you that our 2020 Mid Year Carnival will not go ahead. With the current climate, your safety is our utmost priority and therefore we cannot feasibly go ahead and ensure a safe tournament for all. We hope that whilst you will be disappointed, you will appreciate and understand our point of view. We'll gear up for an even bigger and better tournament in 2021 - raring to go! Stay safe.

13.01.2022 TRIALS | It's that time of year again! We are holding initial trials for U12-U18 Boys and Girls on Sunday the 18th of August. These trials will act as initial t...rials to determine team selections for the 2019/20 season commencing in October 2019. Further trials will be held after this date. The trials will be split across both Port Adelaide Recreation Centre and LeFevre Community Centre. Registration is to be completed upon your arrival on the day. We welcome junior basketball players of all abilities to come and join our inclusive, family friendly environment focussed on skill development and team work. 09.01.2022 PREMIER LEAGUE || Blake Truslove, a true West Adelaide champion, will retire at the conclusion of the 2019 Premier League season. Blake has played 476 games acr...oss numerous professional leagues including state leagues, NZNBL and NBL. He currently stands at 346 games for West Adelaide with his 350th game to be played against Centrals in the next few weeks. Blake is a five time Premier League All Star, a National All Star, a three time Bearcat Medalist and a three time club MVP. Blake led the Premier League in rebounds across four separate seasons and led the league in blocks and field goal percentage over three seperate seasons. This champ has played in five Premier League grand finals including co-captaining our 2017 Premiership and has won a championship in every league he has played in. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Blake for everything he has given to our club, including numerous hours with our junior program. Bearcats breed champions and Blake is nothing but.
