23.01.2022 I absolutely loved sitting down with Jessie (J-Leigh) and chatting about my own experiences with OCD and my mental health and how they've shaped me as a practitioner but more importantly as a person. I really believe that talking about mental health and wellbeing is such a powerful thing as for many people it is still associated with stigma and shame. Even in the 13 years of my own journey I have seen this change but there is still more we can do to open up communication, in...crease understanding and reduce fear around these types of issues. It really is such a common connection - for me this has been borne out by all the times I have shared my story and the response has been 'me too' or 'I can relate to that'. 22.01.2022 The last few months have been a period of intense adjustment for just about everyone across the world. And while many of us were lucky to be confined to the relative safety of our homes, there were just as many people out there working hard to make that possible; including some of those nearest and dearest to me. And so I wanted to give back in some small way by offering some more-than-well-deserved caring to some of those amazing groups of frontline workers who kept our comm...unity safe and going throughout that time. So each month, I will be offering a very special deal to a different group of workers to take some time to relax, de-stress and make themselves the priority for just a little while. I'll be offering 2 x 1 hour sessions for just $99 (normally $170). The first session we'll focus on relieving stress and bringing the body out of fight or flight mode. The second session we can focus on whatever you choose - pain, relaxation, digestion, increasing energy levels...the list goes on.
