We are being asked to take measures that we've never had to before - things like cancelling travel, not going to concerts or sporting events, and general social distancing. You may be wondering how this affects your physiotherapy treatment. We at Mi FiZZiO continue to offer quality care for our patients through rigorous hygiene practices to keep you and our staff safe. However, if yo...u are in self-isolation or would prefer to minimise contact you may like to consult with us via Telehealth. Telehealth uses digital technology that's readily available on your computer or phone to receive treatment from our physiotherapists. It is safe and effective, and our physios are trained to deliver Telehealth consultations. Consultations are between 15 and 30 mins in duration and cost between $35.00 - $55.00. Mi FiZZiO will remain open as we are considered an "Essential Service" in order to reduce the burden on our current Health Care Institutions/hospitals. In response to the growing fear around the spread of COVID-19 I take this opportunity to reassure you of the proactive measures we are currently undertaking to protect everyone. We are taking extra precautions to regularly disinfect ...public areas such as restrooms, door handles, chairs, tabletops and all other surfaces as well as waiting and treatment rooms. We are also adhering to a strict employee wellness policy meaning they must stay home if they are showing any signs of illness.
