Try to make things fun for them Today at Mighty Mouse we did learning with a difference ( yes our service was completely covered in balloons ). From this ... - basic math, how many colours, how many of each colour, how long did it take to blow up a single balloon. - colour recognition, sorting into colours, recognising the difference colours - memory, simply remembering how many of each of we took one away - patterns, laid out in a line children had to copy the pattern their educator created. They can play games, test their physical limits, express themselves and build their self-confidence. Outdoor play can also mean more mess and more mess often means more fun! 12.01.2022 Good morning families & community. Due to the new changes in the childcare package rolled out Mighty Mouse will not be taking on any new enrolments. Please understand I would love to be able to care for your children however with the new package being based on our fortnightly wage end of feb - first week of March. We will not be paid for any new enrolments.

03.01.2022 OPEN FOR NEW ENROLMENTS Good morning We have had a few enquiries about whether CCS is payable if a parent chooses to not send their child to school and wants their child in care with us.... YES, I can now take school age enrolments and CCS is payable. I wanted to reach out and let you know what our plan moving forward is. We are considered to be an essential business, therefore we will remain open and provide care for you, our families. We know many of you are still working weather it be from home, or commuting. We are here to support you. We are following the guidelines from NSW Health and have also implicated other procedures to ensure the safety and well being of our children. 1 - temperatures will be taken at the door. Any child over 38c will not be able to attend. 2 - parents and children must hand sanitise as soon as you enter and before you exit the building. 3 - please supply an extra change of clothes. We will change the children’s clothes as soon as they arrive, to minimise any risk of contamination from your commute. 4 - we have increased the amount of times we hand wash during the day. 5 - we will not encourage hugging and or kissing, but how to show love from a distance. 6 - antiseptic spray is being used on all surfaces, door handles, rails, toys - everywhere. We have always done this twice a day. All policies and procedure relating to school aged children will be followed Any questions do not hesitate to ask. Lots of love carla x

01.01.2022 Our beautiful daphne graduates today, it’s safe to say she will be so dearly missed in the new year when she transitions to high school & moves to her new home. Being your teacher and your friends these last 3 years has been absolutely amazing to me, watching you blossom into the beautiful girl you are today I’m so glad I got to play a part in that
