24.01.2022 What a weekend! We went on a quick little getaway down to Augusta to go whale watching and have some family time. What an absolutely amazing experience for us all. Highly recommend going if you haven't. We used a family run business (Whale Watching Western Australia) and boy did the whales put on a show. Back to Business as usual from tomorrow. A few spots still available for one on one PT, or if you want to train with a friend I can do that as well. Just ask! Hope you all had a great weekend :)

20.01.2022 Morning everyone! I thought I'd share a little bit about myself for those who may not know me or may be new. I am a 31yr old mother of two (12 & 14). I've worked in hospitality and retail but I've always had a passion for fitness but never was able to pursue it. I finally decided last year that I was going to do something for me. That this was my time now my kids are that little bit older. So I went to Tafe and studied my butt off to complete my cert 3 and cert 4 in fitness.... At the end of last year after I successfully completed my certificates I started my mobile PT business. I have a few regular clients now and I absolutely love seeing them every week. I am a big people person, and love to see people achieve their goals, whatever that may be. So that's me. Just a regular mum/lady, trying to help people and do something I enjoy. 16.01.2022 I absolutely love what I do. I get to meet some fantastic people and help them achieve goals. I'd just like to say how proud I am of this young lady I've recently had the pleasure of working with. She came to me with a big goal...to pass her physical to get into the police force.
